Our Experince
Thomas has 32 years of experience in pool construction and remodeling. Prior to starting our own business, he worked for 14 years in swimming pool construction as a crew foreman and job site coordinator for two Marion County pool contractors. In 1996, Thomas began a pool repair business, Thomas Garr's Pool Care. Four years later, we were ready to expand our business to include pool renovations. We obtained our Florida Registered Pool/Spa Contractor license and started Thomas Garr's Pool & Spa,Inc. in 2000. From the beginning, we have always focused our business on providing quality remodeling and repair of residential swimming pools and have resurfaced over 600 pools in Marion County during that time.

We are proud to be a local Marion County business that our customers have counted on for over 20 years. Our homeowners know they can call us five days or five years after we have worked on their pool and speak directly with Thomas about any questions or concerns. We continue to consistently maintain our Florida Certified Pool/Spa Contracting license (CPC1458781), Marion County License (Comp#5829), and City of Ocala License (#33278) in good standing with no history of violations or complaints. We are a debt-free business and can assure our customers that all the materials we purchase for their renovation are paid for in full before being delivered to their home. We carry all the required liabilty insurance and are compliant with Florida's workers's comp regulations. We are happy to provide you with proof of our licenses and liability insurance as well as references from local homeowners and businesses.
